OTC escrow for token deals

Over-the-counter token deals are agreed privately, so there's no exchange between the two sides. Zeus OTC holds the buyer's stablecoins until the seller's on-chain transfer is confirmed.

Agreed a deal somewhere else? The seller lists it here at the agreed price per token, the buyer buys that listing, and the whole deal runs through escrow.

Pay with USDT or USDC. Escrow-protected. 0% fee per side, only on completed deals.

How the escrow works

  1. Buyer and seller agree a price, or the buyer pays the listed price.
  2. The buyer pays USDT or USDC into escrow. The seller can see it arrived but can't touch it.
  3. The seller delivers in a private, encrypted deal room.
  4. The buyer confirms and the seller is paid. Problems freeze the money until an admin decides.

Questions

Can the deal be for tokens that aren't transferable yet?+

Yes. That's a pre-market deal: set a delivery deadline that covers the unlock date, up to 6 months.

What if the price moves before delivery?+

The price is fixed when the deal is agreed. That's the point of an OTC agreement.
