Zeus OTC

How escrow protects both sides

The rule is simple: the buyer's money sits with Zeus OTC, not the seller, until the buyer has what they paid for. Here's every step.

  1. Step 1 of 5

    Agree on a price

Buy at the listed price, or negotiate with counter-offers. When both sides agree, the deal locks the price per token, the amount and the delivery deadline (up to 6 months, to cover a token launch). The buyer has 60 minutes to pay.

    1. Agreed
    2. Paid
    3. Shipped
    4. Delivered
    5. Closed
    Money is with the buyer
  2. Step 2 of 5

    The buyer pays Zeus OTC

Payment goes to a Zeus OTC address: USDT on Tron (TRC20), USDT on BNB Chain (BEP20), USDC on BNB Chain (BEP20), USDC on Arbitrum, USDC on Base, USDC on Polygon, USDC on Optimism. It's held in escrow. The seller can see that it arrived but can't touch it.

    1. Agreed
    2. Paid
    3. Shipped
    4. Delivered
    5. Closed
    Locked in escrow
  3. Step 3 of 5

The seller delivers in the deal room

When the tokens unlock, the seller sends them and posts the transaction hash or transfer proof in the private deal room, stored encrypted. Screenshots and files can be attached too. If the seller misses the deadline, the buyer can cancel for a full refund.

    1. Agreed
    2. Paid
    3. Shipped
    4. Delivered
    5. Closed
    Locked in escrow
  4. Step 4 of 5

    The buyer checks and confirms

The buyer checks the transfer on a block explorer (or the whitelist on the project's checker) and confirms. No response within 72 hours counts as confirmation, so sellers aren't left waiting. Wallet handovers have a protection hold of 72 hours before release.

    1. Agreed
    2. Paid
    3. Shipped
    4. Delivered
    5. Closed
    Locked in escrow
  5. Step 5 of 5

    The seller is paid

The money moves to the seller's Zeus OTC balance, minus the fee, and they can withdraw to their own wallet. Both sides leave a rating.

    1. Agreed
    2. Paid
    3. Shipped
    4. Delivered
    5. Closed
    Paid out to the seller

When something goes wrong

Either side can open a dispute while the money is in escrow. Funds freeze, and an admin reads the deal room, the encrypted delivery and any files, then releases the money to the seller or refunds the buyer in full. That's why every message about a deal should stay in the deal room.
