Escrow for pre-market deals
A pre-market deal is a promise: tokens later for money now. Escrow makes that promise enforceable. The buyer pays Zeus OTC, not the seller; the seller delivers after launch; the money moves only when the buyer confirms or an admin decides a dispute.
If the seller misses the deadline, the buyer gets a full refund. If the buyer goes silent after delivery, the seller is paid automatically after 72 hours.
Pay with USDT or USDC. Escrow-protected. 0% fee per side, only on completed deals.

How the escrow works
- Buyer and seller agree a price, or the buyer pays the listed price.
- The buyer pays USDT or USDC into escrow. The seller can see it arrived but can't touch it.
- The seller delivers in a private, encrypted deal room.
- The buyer confirms and the seller is paid. Problems freeze the money until an admin decides.
Questions
What happens if TGE is delayed?+
Both sides can agree to wait, but the deadline doesn't move by itself. If it passes, the buyer may cancel for a refund. Sellers should set deadlines with margin.
Is the price fixed?+
Yes. The price per token and the amount are fixed when the deal is agreed, whatever the market does after launch.
