1. The escrow bond
We keep a bond in USDT on BNB Chain (BEP20) at a public address, separate from the addresses customers pay into. If we ever fail a trade, the bond covers it. The balance below is read from the blockchain every 10 minutes, and no single trade can be larger than it: if the bond ever goes down, the trade limit goes down with it automatically.

We start small on purpose. The limit per trade rises only as completed trades pile up on the public ledger, and it never goes above the bond.

3. Every trade, on a public ledger
Each completed trade is listed with the buyer's payment hash, the seller's delivery hash, the amount, the date and how long it took. No usernames, ever. You can open every row on a block explorer.

- The website holds no private keys. Payment addresses are watch-only on the server: a hacked server can't move escrow funds.
- Payouts are checked by a person and need the user's two-factor code.
- Every cent is double-entry booked. Escrow, balances and fees always add up, and payment webhooks can't pay twice.
- Delivery details are encrypted and shown only to the buyer, and to an admin if there's a dispute.
Escrow terms at a glance
- Fee
- 0% paid by the buyer and 0% by the seller, only when a trade completes. Cancelled and refunded trades cost nothing.
- Paying
- The buyer has 60 minutes to pay. A payment that arrives late isn't lost: it goes to the buyer's balance.
- Refund window
- If the seller doesn't deliver by the deadline on the listing, the buyer can cancel for a full refund at any time. Undelivered trades refund automatically 3 days after the deadline.
- Confirming
- After delivery the buyer has 3 days to check and confirm or open a dispute. Silence counts as confirmation.
- Disputes
- Opening a dispute freezes the money. An admin reads the deal room, the encrypted delivery and any files, usually decides within 48 hours, and either releases to the seller or refunds the buyer in full, with a written reason to both.
- Protection holds
- Wallet handovers: the payout waits 3 days after confirmation, and the buyer can still dispute.
- Withdrawals
- Reviewed and sent by our team, usually within 24 hours, to an address confirmed with two-factor authentication.
