Terms of service

1. The service

Zeus OTC is a marketplace where users list and buy pre-market tokens, points, allocations, NFT whitelist spots and similar digital items. Zeus OTC is not the seller or buyer in any deal. We provide the listing tools, hold payments in escrow, release or refund them under these terms, and decide disputes.

2. Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you may hold only one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor device safe. Actions taken from your account are treated as yours.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the prohibited items policy, or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud.

3. Listings and offers

Sellers must own what they list, describe it accurately and be able to deliver it within the stated time. An accepted offer or a purchase at the listed price creates a deal on those terms. Listings may be edited, but deals already agreed keep their original terms.

4. Escrow

• The buyer pays the deal total to Zeus OTC within the payment window (60 minutes unless shown otherwise). Unpaid deals are cancelled automatically.
• Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery, until 72 hours pass after the seller marks the deal delivered without a dispute, or until an admin decides a dispute.
• Some deals have a protection hold after confirmation, during which the buyer may still dispute. Hold lengths are shown on the deal and on the fees page.
• Refund window: if the seller doesn't deliver by the deadline on the deal, the buyer may cancel at any time after it and is refunded in full to their Zeus OTC balance. Undelivered deals are refunded automatically 72 hours after the deadline.
• Each trade is limited to the maximum shown on the trust page, which is never more than the balance of our public escrow bond when one is published.
• Zeus OTC holds escrow funds as a custodian for the users involved and does not pay interest on them.

5. Payments and balances

Prices and balances are in US dollars. Payments in BTC and LTC, where offered, are converted at the rate shown when the payment request is created; USDT and USDC are treated as 1:1. You must send the exact amount shown to the address shown, on the correct network. Payments sent to a wrong network or address may be impossible to recover. Late payments are credited to your balance. Withdrawals require two-factor authentication, are reviewed by our team, and are subject to the minimum shown on the fees page.

6. Fees

On each completed deal the buyer pays a 0% fee and the seller pays 0%. Featured listings cost the price shown before purchase. We may change fees with notice on the site; changes don't affect deals already agreed.

7. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute while funds are in escrow. Funds freeze until an admin decides. The admin reviews the deal room messages, the delivery and files, and may ask both sides for more information. We aim to decide within 48 hours of the dispute being opened, or of both sides answering our questions. The decision is to release funds to the seller or refund the buyer, with a written reason to both, and it is final as far as funds held by Zeus OTC are concerned. Evidence from outside the deal room may be given less weight.

7a. Public trade ledger

When a deal completes, it is published on the public trade ledger: the deal code, the item or ticker, the amount and price, the payment and delivery transaction hashes, the dates and the time it took. Usernames and emails are never published. Transaction hashes are public on their blockchains anyway; the ledger links them to a Zeus OTC deal.

7b. Support

Support is available Every day, 08:00–20:00 UTC, by email at help@zeusotc.com and on X at @ZeusOTCcom. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working period.

8. Conduct

• Keep deal communication on Zeus OTC. Don't ask for payment or contact outside the platform.
• Don't list prohibited items, manipulate ratings, open fake disputes, or use the service to launder money.
• Don't interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or scrape it at scale.

9. Third-party platforms

Items sold here, such as token allocations, points and whitelist spots, are governed by the rules of the project that issued them. Some projects limit or forbid transfers, change allocations, or delay or cancel their launch. You are responsible for understanding those terms before buying or selling, and Zeus OTC is not responsible for actions taken by those companies.

10. Liability

Zeus OTC is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by blockchain networks, third-party platforms or your own security failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Zeus OTC after a change means you accept the new terms.
