How the escrow works

Which is cheaper, TRC20 or BEP20?+
Network fees change, but BNB Chain and the USDC networks (Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism) are usually cheaper to send on than Tron.
Why must I send an exact amount?+
The last decimals identify your payment. A different amount can't be matched automatically and needs support.
What if I send on the wrong network?+
Contact support with the transaction ID. Don't send again until you've heard back.
